The FUNCAKES White Choco Writing Tube lets you write personalized messages or create patterns on cookies, cupcakes, and cakes. Simply warm it in a bain-marie to obtain a fluid icing, ready for drawing, which sets within a few minutes for a neat result.

Instructions: warm the tube for 10 minutes in water at 35-42 °C, check that the contents are fully melted by gently squeezing, then remove the tip and write directly on the pastry or on parchment paper. Place in the refrigerator to speed up setting.
