The FUNCAKES Sky Blue Choco Writing Tube lets you write personalized messages or create patterns on cookies, cupcakes, and cakes. Simply heat it in a bain-marie to obtain a smooth, ready-to-use icing that sets within a few minutes for a neat result.

Instructions: heat the tube for 10 minutes in water at 35-42 °C, check that the contents are fully melted by gently squeezing, then remove the tip and write directly on the pastry or on parchment paper. Refrigerate to speed up setting.
