The FUNCAKES Dark Choco Writing Tube allows you to write personalized messages or create designs on cookies, cupcakes, and cakes. Simply warm it in a bain-marie to obtain a smooth icing, ready for drawing, which hardens within a few minutes for a neat result.

Instructions: warm the tube for 10 minutes in water at 35-42 °C, check that the contents are fully melted by gently squeezing, then remove the tip and write directly on the pastry or on parchment paper. Refrigerate to speed up setting.
