FUNCAKES Green Choco Writing Tube lets you write personalized messages or create patterns on cookies, cupcakes, and cakes. Simply heat it in a bain-marie to obtain a fluid icing, ready for drawing, which sets within a few minutes for a neat result.

Uses
- Writing messages and names on cookies, cupcakes, and cakes
- Tracing patterns and decorative outlines
- Creating details on chocolate figurines
- Reusable tube: the remainder sets and can be melted again for later use
Directions: heat the tube for 10 minutes in water at 35-42 °C, check that the contents are fully melted by gently squeezing, then remove the tip and write directly on the pastry or on parchment paper. Place in the refrigerator to speed up setting.

Yes, green is a classic color for Christmas decorations (trees, holly), as well as for other festive occasions.
Is the color used natural?
The color combines E160a (carotenoids, naturally derived) and E133 (Brilliant Blue FCF, a synthetic color). Neither appears on the list of colors requiring a children's warning (Annex III).
Can the color be lightened by mixing it with the white tube?
Once melted, the two icings can be mixed while hot to obtain a more pastel green, provided they are thoroughly combined before use.
