- Apply with a dry brush to fondant, set chocolate or dry icing
- Ingredients: colourings E172 (iron oxides and hydroxides) and E153 (vegetable carbon), anticaking agent E551
- Kosher certified; suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets
- Store away from light
Please note: Vegetable carbon E153 slightly darkens the gold for a patinated effect. Build up the layers gradually to control the desired degree of ageing precisely.
