Pavoni's Absolute Bright Red water-soluble powder colouring, developed with chef Emmanuele Forcone, provides an intense, stable red shade. Packaged in a 50 g jar, it is designed for water-based preparations: macarons, icings, sugar paste and sugar decorations. It is not suitable for chocolate or fats.

Yes. Its E129-concentrated formula produces a pure, stable red without orange tones, even at a low dosage.
How should the colouring be incorporated for an even colour?
Dilute a small amount in a little water or syrup before incorporating it into the preparation, to prevent specks and ensure even distribution.
How much should be used for a strong shade?
This colouring is highly concentrated: start with a pinch of a knife or a few tenths of a gram, then gradually adjust according to the desired intensity, within the regulatory dosage limit indicated on the label.
