The Pavoni Egg-Yolk Yellow oil-soluble powder colorant from the Chocolart range is a high-density food colorant that disperses in melted fats. Packaged in a 40 g jar, it is intended for decorating and coating, coloring cocoa butter, and preparations such as marzipan, fondant, ganaches, and creams.

Deeper than lemon yellow, egg-yolk yellow creates warm, natural finishes. It is suitable for Easter creations, floral decorations, and golden accents.
Disperse in cocoa butter melted to around 35 to 40 degrees C and add gradually to achieve warm, natural shades. This colorant is not intended for water-based preparations.
Please note: Disperse only in a melted fat (cocoa butter at around 35 to 40 degrees C); this oil-soluble colorant is not suitable for water-based preparations. Store in a dry place away from light and air, between 20 and 25 degrees C. Do not consume as is; for use exclusively in preparations and keep out of reach of young children. Warning: E102 may have adverse effects on activity and attention in children.
