Colour Mill Teal is a concentrated oil-soluble food colouring, supplied in a 20 ml dropper bottle. Its oil-based formula blends directly into chocolate, cocoa butter, ganaches and high-fat creams without causing the mixture to seize. The Teal shade produces a rich teal blue-green, between Navy and Emerald.

Please note: this colouring is oil-soluble and does not dissolve in water-based preparations (royal icing, syrup). Shake the bottle before use and add the colour gradually: it is easier to darken a shade that is too light than to lighten a base that is already too strong. Store away from light and heat, with the bottle tightly closed.

Très satisfaite, j'ai commandé une première fois 4 couleurs et je suis tellement contente de ces produits que j'en ai recommandé 6 autres, le seul petit reproche est le capuchon doseur, dommage qu'il reste un peu de colorant à chaque fois dessus, le goutte à goutte n'est pas au mieux mais les couleurs sont tellement belles !! Avec le chocolat aucun souci de mélange
