Its oil-based formula blends directly into chocolate, cocoa butter, ganaches, and rich creams without causing the mixture to seize. The Yellow shade produces a vivid, clean primary yellow with no green undertone.

Please note: this food colouring is oil-soluble and does not dissolve in water-based preparations (royal icing, syrup).
