Usage tips
- Roll out the sugar paste thinly (about 2 mm) so the lace relief remains crisp after cutting.
- Press the selected pattern onto the paste to imprint it, then cut the strip to the desired length with the included cutter.
- Attach the resulting border around the base of the cake with a little water or edible glue gel.
- Vary the three patterns on the same multi-tiered cake to distinguish each tier.
Care: Clean the patterns and cutter with warm soapy water, then dry completely before storing so the lace's fine relief remains crisp.
