The Large Flowers and Birds mat reproduces a design inspired by oriental porcelain: delicate birds, branches, flowers, and foliage, complemented by a lace border. A graphic, narrative finish suited to floral- or Asian-themed tiered cakes.

Instructions for use
- Prepare the Cake Lace Mix according to the manufacturer's instructions, then spread it in a thin, even layer over the mat.
- Dry at 80 °C for 12 to 15 minutes, then let cool for 5 minutes before unmolding.
- Use the layering technique: stack several elements detached from the mat (wings, petals) to add volume to the scene.
- The lace border integrated into the mat can be detached and used on its own, independently of the bird and flower scene.
- Attach to fondant using a broad-tipped water brush.
Please note: Store the dried lace flat, wrapped in parchment paper and then in aluminum foil, away from light and strong odors. Under these conditions, it remains flexible for several months.
