What is the difference from an alphabet stamp?
The cookie cutter completely separates the letter from the paste, whereas the stamp leaves a raised impression without cutting it out.
What thickness of sugar paste should be used with this set?
A thin, even thickness of around 2 to 3 mm gives the best cutting and attaching results.
How do you attach the cut-out letters to the cake?
A little water or edible glue brushed onto the back of the letter is enough to attach it to the fondant.
