Isomalt Pre-Tempered Violet 125 g

Squires Kitchen Purple Pre-Tempered Isomalt comes in Easy Pip pastilles that are already tempered: simply melt them in the microwave to obtain liquid isomalt, ready to pour or work with, without a sugar-cooking step or thermometer. Once cooled, it produces a translucent, glossy finish, colored throughout with E129 and E133, for purple decorations without any additional coloring step.

Usage instructions

• Pour the desired amount into a microwave-safe container
• Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval
• Handle with protective gloves: melted isomalt reaches a very high temperature
• Wait until the bubbling has stopped before pouring into a mold or working with the material
• To smooth or polish the edges, briefly pass a torch over them

Suitable for amethyst-style purple gems, stained-glass cookies, decorative drops, and floral pieces or galaxy cakes.
