Colour Mill Water-Soluble Lavender Colourant
Lavender shade, 20 ml bottle for water-based mixtures
Colour Mill Water-Soluble Lavender evokes the lavender fields of Provence and the mauve hues of Berry. This water-based food colouring is designed for water-based pastry mixtures: royal icing, water-based icings, syrups, meringues and macarons. It naturally finds its place on royal icing biscuits for Provence-themed rustic wedding cakes and spring brunch cupcakes with sugar flowers.

Features
- Concentrated water-soluble food colouring for water-based mixtures: royal icing, water-based icings, syrups, meringues and macarons

- 20 ml soft squeeze bottle with dropper for precise dosing
- Shade remains stable after royal icing has fully dried (approximately 24 hours), with no colour variation
- Gluten-free, lactose-free, egg-free, peanut-free and soy-free; suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets
Directions for use
- Shake the bottle before use and add to a mixture at room temperature (18 to 22°C)
- Usual dosage: 2 to 4 drops per 250 g for a pastel shade, up to 20 drops for a dark shade
- Mix, then leave to rest for 15 minutes before adjusting the shade if necessary
- To colour chocolate or ganache, use the Colour Mill oil-soluble range, not this water-soluble colouring
Please note: this colouring is water-based: it must never be added to melted chocolate or ganache, as it may cause the mixture to seize.
