Colour Mill Baby Blue is a concentrated oil-soluble food coloring, supplied in a 20 ml dropper bottle. Its oil-based formula blends directly into chocolate, cocoa butter, ganaches, and high-fat creams without causing the mixture to seize. The Baby Blue shade produces a very soft pastel blue, paler and more powdery than Sky Blue.

Please note: this coloring is oil-soluble and does not dissolve in a water-based preparation (royal icing, syrup). J’ai acheté 3 couleurs de colorants et une des couleurs: le baby blue ne correspond pas du tout à la couleur présentée. C’est plus du turquoise donc petite déception sur ce choix.
