FUNCAKES Carrot Cake Mix makes a moist, cinnamon-spiced cake by adding only water, eggs, vegetable oil, and grated carrots. Available in 500 g or 1 kg, it is suitable for both a whole cake and cupcakes.

Preparation and uses
- Add water, eggs, vegetable oil, and freshly grated carrots to the mix according to the proportions on the packaging.
- For a whole cake, pour the batter into a greased pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes in the oven.
- For cupcakes, divide the batter among liners and reduce the baking time to about 25 minutes.
- Add chopped nuts or raisins to the batter for a more generous texture.
- Cover with cream cheese frosting once the cake has cooled completely.
Please note: Drain the grated carrots well before incorporating them: excess moisture can weigh down the batter and extend the required baking time.
