The Mini Planet mold reproduces, in an individual format, the ridged spherical relief of the Planet mold, designed by Emmanuele Forcone, Italian pastry chef and member of the team that won the 2015 Pastry World Cup, and published by Pavoni. It allows you to create individual desserts ready for glazing or flocking.
