Usage tips
- Butter and flour the central relief thoroughly, as the contact surface is larger in this size.
- Extend the baking time slightly compared with the 20 and 24 cm sizes, and check that the center is fully baked.
- Allow to cool slightly before unmolding to preserve the definition of the reliefs on a cake of this size.
- Hand-wash without an abrasive sponge.
Please note: with this large size, allowing a longer resting time before unmolding reduces the risk of breakage at the center of the ring, the thinnest part of the cake.
