Three essential pieces for creating a unicorn head from sugar paste
This mould brings together the three essential pieces for a unicorn topper: ears, a twisted horn and eyelashes, all on a single silicone sheet. Each piece is removed from the mould separately and then assembled onto a unicorn head made separately, for a birthday cake or a fantasy theme.

Recommended uses
- Sugar paste, flower paste, marzipan or chocolate for a complete unicorn topper
- Cold porcelain, salt dough, air-drying clay or embossing powder for crafts
- Use the mould for only one purpose, food or crafts, to preserve hygiene
Tip: Press the paste into each cavity without overfilling, scrape off the excess, then carefully remove from the mould: the twisted horn and eyelashes are the thinnest pieces. A pinch of cornflour makes demoulding easier.

How do you assemble the three pieces on the unicorn's head?
Remove each piece from the mould and let it dry separately, then attach them to the separately modelled head with a little water or edible glue, depending on the paste used: ears on each side, horn in the centre of the forehead, eyelashes above the eyes.
Which paste is best suited for the horn, the thinnest piece?
Flower paste (gum paste), which is more resistant than fondant, holds the horn's twisted shape better after demoulding and dries without collapsing.
