USAGE TIPS
- Choose the small model (12 cm) for small quantities, the standard model (22 cm) for batters and salads, and the large model (28 cm) for larger volumes
- Use directly in the microwave to temper chocolate, monitoring the melting process in short intervals
- Avoid moving the bowl directly from the freezer to the microwave to prevent weakening it
Please note: sudden temperature changes, such as moving directly from cold to hot, may eventually weaken the polycarbonate. Allow the bowl to return to room temperature between extreme uses.
