The FUNCAKES Pastel mix 800 g is the workshop-size version of the multicolored pastel mix, for batch production of baby shower cakes, gender reveals, and first birthday cakes.
The 800 g format reduces the cost per gram by approximately one third compared with the 80 g pouch, for pastry professionals with recurring production needs.

Recommended uses
- Fondant covering: sprinkle over a covered cake for an even textured finish.
- Royal icing and buttercream: apply at the last moment, before the icing fully crystallizes.
