Instructions and tips
- With royal icing: place the stencil in the Stencil Snug frame, position the cookie and check the alignment.
- Spread a thin layer of royal icing with a scraper and remove the excess.
- With fondant: roll out a 10 mm layer, place the stencil and roll over it with even pressure.
- Add edible glitter or food paint, then cut out the shape with a cookie cutter if needed.
Please note: always lift the frame or stencil vertically to avoid damaging the reindeer design, and allow it to dry before handling the cookie.
