Pavoni liquid sky blue water-soluble colorant, in a 190 g bottle, is designed for water-based preparations: icings, creams, mousses, biscuits, and sponge cakes. Its azo-dye-free formula (AZO free) is based on a single pigment for a vibrant, stable azure shade. This colorant is not suitable for chocolate or fat-based preparations.

No. This water-soluble colorant is intended for water-based preparations only. A fat-soluble colorant is required for chocolate or fats.
Does this colorant contain azo dyes?
No, its formula is based solely on colorant E133 (Brilliant Blue FCF), which is not an azo dye. No child warning is required for this pigment.
How can I achieve a more intense blue from this azure shade?
This sky blue can be combined with Pavoni water-soluble blue colorant to intensify the shade, or with violet for cooler blues. Add gradually up to a maximum of 66.67 g/kg.
