A deep, uniform black without bluish undertones for your water-based preparations.
Pavoni's Absolute Black water-soluble powder colorant, developed in collaboration with chef Emmanuele Forcone, combines several colorants and anhydrous sodium sulfate to achieve a deep, stable, uniform black even in small quantities. Packaged in a 50 g jar, it is suitable for water-based preparations: macarons, icings, sugar paste and sugar decorations. It is not suitable for chocolate or fats.

The combination of several colorants in this product is designed to neutralize blue or gray undertones. Add it all at once to a still-warm preparation for even distribution.
