Pavoni liquid red water-soluble colorant, in a 190 g bottle, is designed for water-based preparations: glazes, creams, mousses, and sponge cakes. Its formula provides an intense, stable red when used with an airbrush, brush, or incorporated directly. This colorant is not suitable for chocolate or fat-based preparations.

No. This water-soluble colorant is intended for water-based preparations. For chocolate or fat, an oil-soluble colorant is required.
What dosage should I use for an intense red?
The recommended maximum dosage is 2.50 g/kg of finished product. Add gradually, as this colorant is highly concentrated and colors quickly.
Can this red colorant be used to create orange or pink shades?
Yes, combined with Pavoni lemon yellow it produces orange tones, while combined with pink it creates softer shades. Always test on a small quantity before final application.
