Pavoni's Magic Decor is a powdered preparation for creating fine, flexible, detailed edible lace. Used with Magic Decor silicone mats, it lets you create decorations for cakes, tiered cakes, entremets, and artistic creations.

Instructions
- Pour the contents into a bowl with lukewarm water.
- Mix with an electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes, until you obtain a creamy, smooth texture.
- Spread the preparation over a Magic Decor silicone mat using a scraper.
- Leave to dry in the open air or in the oven at low temperature until the desired consistency is reached.
- Carefully unmold by turning the mat over and gently lifting the edges.
