Frequently asked questions
What is the difference from the Ø 40 mm PX4315?
The PX4316 offers a more generous volume, 65 ml versus 33 ml, for slightly larger individual entremets.
Is this format suitable for a sharing dessert?
Used alone, this format remains an individual portion. For a sharing dessert, arrange several domes around a base or choose the Ø 60 mm PX4350.
How can I achieve a perfectly smooth mirror glaze on a 50 mm dome?
Unmold the dome while thoroughly frozen, place it on a rack over a drip tray, and glaze at 30-35°C in one continuous motion.
