Recommended uses
- Sparkling finish for iced cakes or cakes covered with fondant
- Glitter effect on macarons, cupcakes, and tiered cakes
- Enhancing chocolates and molded candies
- Decorating pulled or blown sugar and isomalt pieces
Application tip: Spray from 15–20 cm away from the surface, using thin, crisscrossing layers. Shake well before each use. Once the surface is saturated with glitter, the excess will no longer settle, so there is no need to keep spraying the same area.
