Recommended uses
- Sparkling finish for iced cakes or cakes covered with fondant
- Glitter effect on macarons, cupcakes, and tiered cakes
- Enhancement of chocolates and molded candies
- Decoration of pulled or blown sugar and isomalt pieces
Application tip: spray from 15–20 cm from the surface, in thin, crisscrossing layers. Shake well before each use. Once the surface is saturated with glitter, excess product will no longer settle; there is no need to keep spraying the same area.
