No. It is a water-soluble liquid coloring (water and glycerin based): it is suitable for buttercream, icing, fondant, and ganache, but does not mix with couverture chocolate or pure fat. To color chocolate, use a powdered oil-soluble coloring.
What is the recommended maximum dose for Bright Gold?
