Recommended uses
- Sparkling finish for iced cakes or cakes covered with sugar paste
- Glitter effect on macarons, cupcakes and tiered cakes
- Enhancing chocolates and moulded sweets
- Decorating pulled or blown sugar and isomalt pieces
Application tip: spray from 15–20 cm away from the surface, using fine, crosswise layers. Shake well before each use. Once the surface is saturated with glitter, excess glitter will no longer settle; there is no need to continue spraying the same area.
