Pavoni's brown liquid water-soluble colorant, in a 190 g bottle, is formulated for water-based preparations: icings, creams, mousses, biscuits, and sponge cakes. Its balanced pigment palette produces a deep, stable, even brown shade, whether used with an airbrush or incorporated directly. This colorant is not suitable for chocolate or fat-based preparations.
