Pavoni pink liquid water-soluble colorant, in a 190 g bottle, is designed for water-based preparations: glazes, creams, mousses, and sponge cakes. Its formula produces a vibrant, even pink when applied with an airbrush or brush, or mixed directly into preparations. This colorant is not suitable for chocolate or fat-based preparations.

Is this pink suitable for coloring chocolate?
No. This water-soluble colorant is intended for water-based preparations only. For chocolate or fat, a fat-soluble colorant is required.
What dosage should I use for a lighter or more intense pink?
The recommended maximum dosage is 69 g/kg of finished product. A small amount is enough for a pastel pink; increase gradually for a more intense pink.
How can I achieve a cooler or warmer pink?
Combine this pink with Pavoni violet for cooler tones, or with red for warmer, more intense pinks. Always test on a small quantity before final application.
