Frequently asked questions
Your questions, our advice
How do you create shiny decorations with this stencil?
Use tempered couverture chocolate, spread it into the cavities with a spatula, smooth off the excess, then leave it to crystallize in a cool place before unmolding.
Can it be used for anything other than chocolate?
Yes, its heat resistance also makes it suitable for crispy oven-baked tiles, delicate nougatine decorations or very thin gel inserts.
Does silicone give chocolate a taste?
No, platinum silicone is an inert material that emits no odors and transfers no flavors.
