SILIKOMART
Cathedral mold
Gothic arch relief, model SFT303
The Cathedral mold imprints a relief of arches inspired by Gothic vaults onto cakes, flans, and entremets. Its structured geometry shapes the dessert without any added decoration: the mold does the work, and the glaze reveals it.
