Instructions for use
- Perfectly smooth the entremet's surface before freezing: the velvet finish reveals even the slightest imperfection.
- Freeze the entremet at a minimum of -18 °C for at least 4 hours.
- Shake the can for 30 seconds before use, and take the entremet out of the freezer just before spraying.
- Spray from a distance of 20–30 cm, using a circular motion and successive thin layers spaced 5 to 10 seconds apart.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to stabilize the finish.

Light blue is very bright: choose simple decorations to avoid overloading the dessert.
Can storage: room temperature (10 to 25 °C), away from heat and sunlight, with no exposure above 50 °C. Pressurized container: do not puncture or throw into a fire, even when empty.

The velvet spray crystallizes instantly when it comes into contact with a very cold surface. Without prior freezing at a minimum of -18 °C, the product runs and does not form its characteristic powdered texture.
