Light Green Velvet Flocking Spray 250 ml
Velly Food Light Green spray applies a soft pastel shade to frozen entremets. It is suitable for pistachio, eucalyptus, or light matcha creations, as well as transitional-season entremets and understated botanical wedding cakes.

- Capacity: 250 ml, ready-to-use aerosol
- Dominant pigment: tartrazine and brilliant blue, diluted for a pastel tone
- Gluten-free
- Suitable for frozen entremets, frozen logs, mousses, bavarois, and pavlovas
- 1 can covers an average of 4 to 6 18 cm entremets with a standard finish
Instructions
- Smooth the surface of the entremet before freezing
- Freeze at a minimum of -18°C for at least 4 hours
- Shake the can for 30 seconds and remove the entremet from the freezer just beforehand
- Spray from 20–30 cm away in a circular motion, applying successive thin layers
- Return to refrigeration 30 minutes before serving
Please note: the formula contains azo dyes; check the regulatory information on the label of the batch received before any child-focused marketing. Store the can away from heat, upright, with the valve facing upward.
