Silikomart's Black Velvet Spray recreates in one step the characteristic matte, velvety effect of professional entremets. Sprayed onto a frozen preparation, it instantly sets into a fine coating of colored cocoa butter. Its deep black shade is ideal for Halloween creations or contemporary graphic desserts.

Allergens and use: may contain traces of milk and soy. Spray from approximately 25–30 cm onto a well-frozen, unmolded preparation, using crossed layers, then allow to thaw in the refrigerator before serving.

Yes, it is recommended to let the dessert thaw in the refrigerator for at least one hour after application, allowing the center of the preparation to return to its normal texture.
