Instructions for use
- Perfectly smooth the surface of the entremets before freezing: the velvet finish reveals the slightest imperfection.
- Freeze the entremets at a minimum of -18 °C for at least 4 hours.
- Shake the can for 30 seconds before use, and remove the entremets from the freezer just before spraying.
- Spray from a distance of 20–30 cm in a circular motion, applying successive thin layers 5 to 10 seconds apart.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to stabilize the finish.

Can storage: at room temperature (10 to 25 °C), away from heat and sunlight, without exposure above 50 °C. Pressurized container: do not puncture or throw into a fire, even when empty.

Why must the entremets be frozen before spraying?
The velvet spray crystallizes instantly upon contact with a very cold surface. Without prior freezing at a minimum of -18 °C, the product runs and does not form its characteristic powdery texture.
What distance should be maintained between the can and the entremets?
20 to 30 cm. If too close, the spray forms droplets; if too far away, crystallization occurs in the air and the color loses intensity.
