The FUNCAKES Pastel Pink Choco Writing Tube lets you write personalised messages or create designs on biscuits, cupcakes and cakes. Simply heat it in a bain-marie to obtain a smooth icing, ready for drawing, which sets within a few minutes for a neat result.

- Writing messages and names on biscuits, cupcakes and cakes
- Tracing decorative designs and outlines
- Adding details to chocolate figurines
- Reusable tube: any leftover icing sets and can be remelted for later use
Instructions: heat the tube for 10 minutes in water at 35-42 °C, check that the contents have fully melted by gently squeezing, then remove the tip and write directly on the pastry or on baking paper. Place in the refrigerator to speed up setting.

E120 is a colour of animal origin (derived from cochineal), so the product is not suitable for a vegetarian or vegan diet, unlike the White or Dark Choco Tube.
Can you achieve a lighter colour by mixing it with the white tube?
Yes, once both icings have melted, you can mix them while hot to adjust the intensity of the pink.
