Frosted, crystalline design for a winter border on fondant.
The Large Frozen Crystal lace mat reproduces a pattern of snowflakes and crystalline elements, designed for a winter aesthetic on wedding cakes and holiday cakes. It is used with Cake Lace Mix to create fine, flexible edible lace, which can be applied as a border or accent on fondant.

Instructions for use
- Prepare the Cake Lace Mix according to the manufacturer's instructions, then spread it in a thin, even layer over the mat.
- Dry at 80 °C for 12 to 15 minutes, then leave to cool for 5 minutes before unmolding.
- Attach the lace to the fondant using a wide-tipped water brush.
- Color the mixture before drying with powder or gel food coloring to achieve pastel or more intense shades.
- Preferably apply to ganache or meringue buttercream: classic buttercream is too soft to hold the design.
Please note: store the dried lace flat, wrapped in parchment paper and then aluminum foil, away from light and strong odors. Under these conditions, it remains flexible for several months.
