Rigid acrylic guides for clean edges on square and rectangular cakes.
These two square acrylic plates serve as smoothing guides: placed on the top and bottom of the cake while applying ganache, they guide the spatula and help achieve flat sides and clean right angles without having to rework the same layer several times.

- Available sizes from 15 to 25 cm
- 5 mm thick per plate for good rigidity during regular use
- Each plate is 0.5 cm larger than the stated size to compensate for the thickness of the ganache layer (a "20 cm" plate actually measures 20.5 cm)
- Set of 2 identical plates: one for the top and one for the bottom of the cake
- Reusable acrylic
Usage Tips
- Position one plate under the cake and one on top while applying the ganache
- Scrape off excess flush with the plates to create clean right angles, suitable for tiered square and rectangular cakes
- Remove the plates once the ganache has set in the refrigerator
Please note: clean the plates by hand with warm, soapy water immediately after use. Dry before storing and keep them flat away from heat to preserve the acrylic's flatness.

Yes: the two square plates can also be used as guides along the parallel sides of a rectangular cake, in several passes if necessary.
What size should I choose for my cake?
Choose a plate slightly larger than the desired final size: the additional 0.5 cm included with each size already compensates for the thickness of the ganache layer.
Can I use a single plate instead of the set of two?
The set of two is designed to work on the top and bottom in a single session, but one plate is sufficient for occasional use on one side.
