Make airy whipped cream, mousses, and espumas in just a few seconds. This compact 0.25 L siphon, with an aluminum body and head, is suitable for small batches and last-minute plating: verrines, plated desserts, and appetizers, for professional finishing service.

Directions for use
- Fill no more than two-thirds full with a well-chilled, strained preparation
- Screw on 1 8 g N₂O cartridge and shake 6 to 8 times upside down
- Pipe while holding the siphon vertically
- Between uses, store in the refrigerator with the head facing upward
- For hot preparations, use an all-stainless-steel siphon designed for this purpose
Please note: never use CO₂ gas for whipped cream; only N₂O gas is suitable. Do not exceed the indicated number of cartridges: 1 8 g cartridge for 0.25 L. Always fully purge the siphon before opening it. Hand washing is recommended, using lukewarm water and mild dish soap: do not put it in the dishwasher.
