Directions for use
- Perfectly smooth the surface of the entremets before freezing: the velvet finish reveals the slightest imperfection.
- Freeze the entremets at a minimum of -18 °C for at least 4 hours.
- Shake the can for 30 seconds before use, and take the entremets out of the freezer just before spraying.
- Spray from a distance of 20-30 cm using a circular motion, applying successive thin coats 5 to 10 seconds apart.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to stabilize the finish.
