Crème Mold by Emmanuele Forcone
3D relief with fluid curves, designed by Emmanuele Forcone
The Crème mold was created in collaboration between Pavoni and pastry world champion Emmanuele Forcone. Its elongated shape with continuous curves creates a 3D surface texture, without facets or sharp angles, for a smooth, enveloping finish once unmolded.
