The Maya Yule Log set lets you create two finishes from a single mould: a classic smooth Yule log or one with a contemporary texture, for frozen desserts to serve during the holiday season.

Uses
- Frozen Yule logs and entremets for the holiday season
- Finish with mirror glaze for a smooth finish, or with velvet spray for a textured finish

Please note: the plastic support provides stability for the mould but is not oven-safe; this set is intended for frozen preparations only, which should be unmoulded after a full night of freezing.
