The FUNCAKES Strawberry Enchanted Cream Mix in the 450 g format produces an ultra-light cream with a natural pastel pink color and a natural flavor made from real strawberries. It remains stable for several hours after piping, including at room temperature.

Preparation and uses
- Mix 150 g of preparation with 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of water at high speed for 3 minutes.
- Use immediately to fill cake layers or pipe onto cupcakes.
- One portion is enough to fill 2 layers and cover a Ø 25 cm cake, or decorate 24 to 30 cupcakes.
- For a creamier texture, replace the water with milk (200 ml in total).
- To intensify the strawberry flavor, add a few drops of FUNCAKES Strawberry flavoring.
- Store in the refrigerator for several days; stir lightly before reusing.
Please note: The E129 coloring (Allura Red AC) in this mix may have adverse effects on activity and attention in children: information to bear in mind for orders intended for children's parties.
