The Silikomart Igloo Yule Log mould makes, in a single cavity, an igloo-shaped Yule log with a brick relief (234 x 115 x h 75 mm, 1175 ml). Turned over, this same mould can be used to pour 3 chocolate penguins, creating an igloo and its decoration with a single accessory.

Uses
- Christmas Yule log made with a dessert, mousse or semifreddo
- Turn the mould over to pour 3 tempered chocolate penguins
- Place the chocolate penguins on the unmoulded igloo for the final presentation
- Suitable for use in the oven, refrigerator and freezer
Please note: first pour the 3 chocolate penguins onto the reverse side of the mould, unmould them, then assemble the igloo Yule log before placing them as decoration.
