Usage tips
- Place macarons, petits fours, and cocktail bites directly on the surface, or slide an individual paper liner under each item for a neater presentation.
- Allow for approximately 50 to 60 macarons, 30 to 40 mini pastries, or 80 to 100 mini canapés per tray, depending on the arrangement.
- The tray can be refrigerated at 0 to 6°C for preparation the day before, but it is not suitable for prolonged deep-freezing or hot preparations.
- Stack a maximum of 3 to 4 loaded trays for transport, placing the most fragile items at the top of the stack.
Please note: The tray is intended for single use by the end customer: plan on using a new tray for each delivery or service. Do not immerse in water or place in the dishwasher; a soft, slightly damp cloth is sufficient for occasional cleaning before use.

Is the tray reusable?
It is designed for single use when delivering to customers. In the kitchen, for temporary refrigerated storage, it can be reused during the same day as long as it remains clean.
Can hot items be placed on it?
No. The tray is intended for cold or room-temperature preparations: direct heat damages the cardboard and the gold finish.
What is the difference between buying individually and buying a pack of 25?
The product is identical; only the packaging differs. A pack of 25 corresponds to one to two weeks of activity for a regular caterer.
