Please note: roll out, cut and bake the biscuit dough before cold embossing, or emboss directly onto fondant.
How to use
| Preparation | Roll out your biscuit dough before baking or your fondant to approximately 3 mm thick. |
| Embossing | Place the Outboss Stamp N Cut on the dough and press with a pick up pad or rolling pin. |
| Cutting | The integrated cutting edge cuts the outline of the shape in a single motion. |
| Finishing | Paint the embossed design or leave it as is before baking or applying. |

Does this tool also work with chocolate?
Yes, with soft modelling chocolate, as well as fondant and sugar paste.
Do you need to press twice for a more pronounced relief?
No, one firm, vertical press is enough. Pressing twice may duplicate or blur the pattern.
Can the biscuit dough be cut before baking with this tool?
Yes, roll out, cut and bake the biscuit dough before embossing, or emboss directly onto fondant after baking.
